The Galuh Pekutatan Hotel proudly opened its doors on July 2, 2014. It is a 12 room, Balinese family owned and operated hotel, located in the fishing village of Pekutatan on the black sand beaches of  West Bali, in the district of Jembrana. Culturally intact, West Bali offers relief  from life's normal hustle and bustle and the  flood of tourism that one often sees in Bali.  Here you can immerse yourself in a quiet, peaceful and serene Bali. During the day, one can experience the local lifestyle, touring the rice fields, coffee, clove  and rubber plantations, or hiking to the waterfalls and hot springs.  Surfing enthusiasts, amateurs or professionals, will find their dream wave at Medewi Beach, just a short 5 minute drive away.  Discover the pristine wilderness of  the West Bali National Park, the only national park in Bali,  located nearby in Pemuteran.  If you desire to go scuba diving, then Menjangan Island awaits. The evening offerings include fabulous local food, music and storytelling. The Legong Dance and the Kecak dance/drama, both rich in costume and color, are performed by local Balinese children and adults alike.
